13. Related Party Transactions As discussed previously, we conducted the private placement of our securities during the year ended December 31, 2016 for the gross proceeds of $1,953,600. One officer and one director of the company participated in the private placement investing a total of $1,025,000, resulting in 1,708,333 common stock shares. As discussed previously, we conducted the warrant offering during the year ended December 31, 2016 for the gross proceeds of $2,330,993. One director of the company participated investing a total of $437,500, resulting in 625,000 common stock shares.
