Kim Carlson

Chief Operating Officer

Kim Carlson brings more than two decades of experience building and leading revenue growth for traditional and digital media organizations. Most recently, she was Head of Global Revenue at Aarki, a mobile Demand Side Platform, which was acquired by leading mobile games platform Skillz in 2021. Previously she served as CRO at global mobile ad-tech company Taptica through its acquisition by Tremor International. Carlson’s prior revenue leadership experience includes roles at Infospace, Marchex, InMobi and Appnique.

Will Sanchez

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Will Sanchez oversees Mobivity’s corporate finance, accounting and administrative functions and is responsible for ensuring corporate compliance. Will has worked with technology/SaaS and biotechnology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Accounting Officer with MariaDB plc. Will has completed two reverse mergers with MariaDB plc and Tobira Therapeutics, Inc. and a traditional IPO with Applied Molecular Transport Inc. Will earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Griffith

Executive Vice President, Product & Development

Jeff Griffith leads all aspects of the company’s customer-focused platform innovation. Jeff previously worked for Alcatel-Lucent where he led the Wireless Professional Services division, in addition to other senior product and engineering roles during his tenure. Over his more than 25 years in the industry, Jeff has held product and engineering leadership roles in several global companies including: AG Communication Systems; and Honeywell Aerospace. Jeff also served as a professor at Grand Canyon University College of Science and Technology.

Jeff Michaels

Vice President, Marketing & Sales Enablement

Jeff Michaels has over 20 years’ experience leading Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for global organizations across a variety of industries. This includes taking iPIX from start-up to IPO, to producing double-digit growth at a multi-national, multi-billion-dollar organization like Fortune Brands/ACCO Division during the heart of the financial crisis in 2008. Over the last 15 years, Michaels has worked with SaaS organizations like Vista Equity's Kibo Commerce, to grow the organization’s eCommerce and personalization prominence domestically and internationally, both direct and through the development of an international reseller network. His experience typically entailed working with the C-Suite, and with eCommerce, and Digital Marketing leaders within the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing sectors to grow their business while leading his own organizations to industry-leading growth.
