10. Related Party Transactions As discussed previously, we conducted the private placement of our securities during nine months ended September 30, 2015 for the gross proceeds of $4,805,000. Two officers and two directors of the company participated in the private placement investing a total of $2,150,000, resulting in 2,150,000 common stock shares and 537,500 of common stock purchase warrants. As discussed previously, we conducted the private placement of our securities during the nine months ended September 30, 2016 for the gross proceeds of $1,953,600. One officer and one director of the company participated in the private placement investing a total of $1,025,000, resulting in 1,708,333 common stock shares.
